How can i find about information on your pricing?
Just give us a call or email and our team will be more than happy to provide an estimate and consultation on your order. We do not have our pricing listed anywhere on our website because we offer so many different products and decoration methods with different quantity prices and a few other variables. It is more effective and accurate for us to create a custom estimate based off of your specific needs rather than having you try and calculate it yourself from many different variables.
How long of a turn around time can i expect?
Turn around time depends mostly on the size of the order, amount of locations being decorated and location that it is being shipped to. Most orders can be done in 2 weeks or less from the date that we receive an official purchase order. If you have an order with over 1000 items or multiple print locations, please give us a call to get a more accurate timeline. We will do everything within our abilities to have your order to you when you need it.
What type of shipping do you offer?
Our standard shipping method is UPS ground. However we can always upgrade to a faster shipping method if requested at standard UPS costs.
Can i pick up my order myself to save on shipping costs?
Yes. We have a number of local clients that choose to just stop by and grab their order in person to avoid shipping time and costs. Just be sure to specify that you will be picking up when you submit your order.
What type of art work do I need to submit with my order?
Our preferred method would be to have it emailed to us in PDF, EFS AI, TIF or PSD files. All submitted art work should be in vector format when sent to us. If a file is emailed to us in a different format or in a raster format this could possibly delay production of your order as we will have to reconfigure your art. These services may also incur additional fees.
What if i do not have the proper format of my design or have no design at all and need something created for me?
We do have highly experienced and educated artists on our staff that can create you a design from scratch as well as take improper file formats and reconfigure them to a form that we can use. These services will incur a small additional fee.
Do you charge set up fees?
We do have minimal set up fees for screen printing only. They are $30 per color for an initial order and $20 per color each subsequent order that uses the same exact design. This ensures that your design is of the highest quality possible. There are no set up fees for orders being done by heat transfer, direct to garment, dye sublimation or embroidery.
Is there a minimum quantity of items that I need to order?
No. We do not have minimum piece quantity that is required. We have done orders for just one piece. However for heat transfer orders, the entire order must be a minimum of $30.
Is there a maximum quantity that i can order?
No. We have no maximum orders. We have done orders of over 20,000 pieces with multiple print locations on each product. Please keep in mind that high volume orders will take longer than the standard estimated timeline of 2 weeks.
What if i already have the product that I wish to have designed?
We can still decorate i for you. Just simply drop it off or have it delivered to us.
What if I want a specific product that is not provided by your current suppliers?
You may order the product yourself and drop it off to us or have it shipped here and we will decorate it for you. It also may be possible for us to order your product for you from your chosen provider. This may not necessarily be the most cost effective method but we can make just about any situation work for you.
Do you offer "discharge" screen printing services?
Yes. discharge screen printing a process that removes the dye from the fibers of a product and we print your design over that area. This will give your finished screen printed design a soft to the touch feel. This can only be done on 100% cotton t-shirts. All manufacturers do not create their shirts equally so we take each discharge order request on a case by case basis before fully committing the order.
